I’ve been working on it for about 7 months now and what I’ve learned about my protein so far is what part of a cell it is in and how big it is. That doesn’t sound like much for all that time, but results don’t always come quickly in research! I had a bit of trouble early on trying to get my protein into the cells so I wasted about 3 months. But everyone tells me that was a good learning experience!
